Why I had to stay chained up and left alone so long

He seemed so glad to have me when I came as a pup

There were so many things we did while I was growing up

He couldn’t wait to train me for the hunt and breed

I even surpassed his expectations indeed

In the beginning he feed and encouraged me every day

He praised and walked me, I was happy with my stay

But lately my boss hadn’t time and often said I’m a blunder

He didn’t want me in the kennel, not even with cold and thunder

If I tried to get his attention he always said “not now!”

I wish that I could please him, won’t someone tell me how?

All I had, you see, was love, I wish my boss would explain

Why he said he wanted me, then left me on a chain

Now I’m judged to a shelter, crying, feeling abused and so alone

Doubting if there’s anyone touched by my story I only beg to find

 refuge in a home! "

Here is Caramelo now called Phoenix. He is one of the puppies we sent to USA with Abigail from GRIN-USA.

I am sure than in less than 3 months he will be in front of his owner!
